Goa Science Centre in collaboration with Department of Tourism, Govt. of Goa organised Cooking Competition using Millets’ as primary ingredient for the aspiring chefs and home cooks where they cooked the dish at home and it was on the display in the premises of the centre to compete on 11th October 2023, 10.00 onwards. 

The objective of this competition is to promote the use of millets as a staple food with good taste and looking beyond millets as being health and sustainable. The fusion of millets in this competition provides a unique opportunity for participants to showcase their creativity and innovation in cooking with healthy and sustainable ingredients. 63 house wives and aspiring chefs participated in it.
